Refund Policy

1. Pro Purchase

QuickSalaries Pro is available as a one-time purchase for $15 USD. Access to Pro features is provided immediately upon successful payment and remains active permanently with no recurring charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues: If Pro features are unavailable due to our technical problems
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
• Unauthorized charges: If your payment method was used without authorization, subject to verification by the payment provider

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after using the service
• Dissatisfaction with salary estimates (these are estimates only)
• Change of mind after 14 days of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge. To request a refund, contact us at support@quicksalaries.com and include:

1. Your email address used for payment
2. Details about the issue
3. Any relevant screenshots or error messages (optional)

We will review your request within 5 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Payment Provider

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refund processing times may vary based on Lemon Squeezy's policies and your payment method.
